Major agreement between Colliers International and BVIC on new Athens mall

The Athens-based and publicly-traded development company, Babis Vovos International Construction (BVIC), has announced a new co-operation and advisory agreement with Colliers International. The new agreement covers BVIC’s new shopping centre in the Votanikos area of Athens. Colliers International will be advising Athens’ largest commercial developer with tenant mix, rent levels, leasing and other related services.
The new shopping centre is being built on a 43,213 m2 of land and will have a total built-up area (TBA) of 69,100 m2. It will also feature three underground car-parking levels with 2,307 parking spaces. It is due to open in the fall of 2009.
