Property agents ERA Cyprus and Headlands International have joined forces to offer properties for sale in Cyprus, Greece and the Greek Islands, in an attempt to attract more buyers from the UK.
“Headlands International is an extremely effective marketing machine that generates a significant number of high quality potential buyers for countries such as Cyprus, Greece and the Greek Islands, which we then need to service and care for in resort,” says David Headlands, Chief Executive of Headlands International. “This joint venture with ERA Cyprus and Greece makes perfect business sense and ensures that our clients will be given a high level of on-going after sales care”
Phanos Mavroudis, Chief Executive of ERA Cyprus and Greece, was equally enthusiastic. “Although we can provide superb service and after sales care in resort, marketing our services in the UK is becoming increasingly difficult and the cost per lead continues to rise. This joint venture with Headlands International provides our company with a route to market that is innovative, exiting and is compatible with our expansion plans.”
All Headlands International employees, offices and facilities in Cyprus will merge with ERA employees and joint branding will be in evidence.
