IMF projects 2-year recession for Greece

IMF΄s World Economic Forum, released on October first, projects a 2 year recession for the Greek economy.
More specifically, growth is seen at -0.8% for 2009 and -0.1% for 2010.
On the employment front, the international organization foresees the jobless rate for 2009 will reach 9.5% while next year it will advance to 10.5%.
IMF also sees the budget deficit to exceed government estimates and reach 6.4% this year and rise to 7.1% in 2010.
